Choose the right plan for you

Connection Fee (CF):  For one time or single connection assistance: $29.95 (prepaid) + $1.00 per minute for the duration of the session.  CF rates and terms

Monthly Service Plan (MSP):  For multiple continued benefits that alleviate the connection fee for each use remote of assistance:  Monthly Cost $14.95 (prepaid monthly) + $.75 per minute for the duration of the session. MSP rates and terms

Annual Service Plan (ASP):  For multiple continued benefits that alleviate the connection fee for each use remote assistance and a reduced per minute charge: Annual cost $120.00 (prepaid) + $.50 per minute for the duration of the session. ASP rates and terms

How to use the Remote H2E Solutions Provider live technician service.

  1. Contact a H2E Solutions Representative at 713-776-2100
  2. We will then set a session for us to assist you.
  3. The H2E associate will explain the process and brief you on the start up procedures for you to begin your session.

To place a shortcut on your desktop for future connections to the H2E live assistance site.

  1. Click on favorites on the menu bar and "Add to favorites"
  2. Click on favorites and highlight the "Tech Support"
  3. Right click and send to desktop as shortcut

Live Remote Assistance
Do you need a quick solution to a technical problem? With our live remote-assistance tool, a member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution.
How to Get Support:
By calling 713-776-2100 a member of our support team will talk with you first to determine the nature of the problem.
You will find the answers to security questions and system configuration requirements on our FAQ page. You can also view a demonstration of a screen-sharing session.
How It Works:
    Step 1:  Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed back to this page to initiate the screen-sharing session. Complete the fields below, select your support representative from the drop-down menu and click the Click Here.
Step 2:  You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.
Step 3:  With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
Step 4:  You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
